Who am I, and why am I the one who will help you make organizational changes?
My motto is “No Organization Left Behind.”
I help organizations (mainly from the public sector and large ones) to carry out modernization and digital transformation while emphasizing bridging the organization’s users and the information systems and creating a broad consensus to make changes.
I have over 30 years of experience in IT, about 20 in managing and leading innovation in large organizations. My specialization is preparing a work plan that will include “quick wins” that will enable proof of ability and receiving budgets, alongside establishing long-term infrastructures. The work plan has a business focus alongside reference to the existing situation in the information systems (technological and human), priorities, data extraction, completion of knowledge gaps, and an informed migration to the cloud.
I do all these with excellent interpersonal relationships, which are the basis for successful change.
